Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without having to provide any reason, within 14 days.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days<\/strong> from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods. In the case of contracts for services or the supply of digital content (not supplied on a tangible medium), the 14-day period starts from the day the contract is concluded.<\/p>\n

How to exercise the right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by means of an explicit declaration.<\/p>\n

You can use the online withdrawal procedure<\/strong> directly from your personal area <\/a><\/p>\n

Alternatively: You can complete and return the standard withdrawal form attached at the bottom of this page (use of the form is not mandatory).<\/p>\n

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the 14-day period.<\/p>\n

Effects of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n

If you decide to withdraw from the contract, you will be refunded all payments you have made to us, including standard delivery costs. This excludes any additional costs arising from your choice of a more expensive, customized delivery method than the standard one we offer.<\/p>\n

The refund<\/strong> will be made without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days<\/strong> from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal.<\/p>\n

Refund Methods and Times<\/h2>\n

Credit Method:<\/strong> The refund will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly requested otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of this refund.<\/p>\n

Suspension of Refund:<\/strong> We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back at our warehouses, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back (whichever is the earliest).<\/p>\n

Liability for goods:<\/strong> You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.<\/p>\n
